8. APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION

8.1. This Agreement is subject to Romanian law. Any disputes between the owner of the site, ACAGO LOGISTICS SRL, and the users of the site will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the competent Romanian courts in Iasi.

9. DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
